THE COMPANY


The company Spyros Divaris & Co was established in 2018 and it is the continuation of the company Architecture & Design Nicos Chiotakis – Spyros Divaris. It specializes in all the aspects of Architecture in particular, it starts with the design and it ends with the completion of an architectural project. During the past thirty, and more, years of activity in Greece, there have been numerous cooperations with the most important and reliable business people in the retail trade, meeting the needs and the demands of modern study and construction with excellent results.

In the private sector, a wide range of houses, house complexes and business premises were studied and completed in the most reliable, constructive and successful way. The interactive collaboration with distinguished colleagues, engineers of all specialties gives our customers the chance to have complete engineering services with an aim at having a study realistically and successfully converted into a concrete object.

Spyros Divaris was born in Athens in 1958 and studied Architecture in Florence. His projects have been published both in Greece and in Italy. During his cooperation with the architect Nicos Chiotakis he conducted studies and completed constructions of houses, hotels, shopping malls, stores, business premises, byzantine monuments and house complexes. Moreover, he created a great number of TV settings in TV programs and News programs.
